Throw me a problem and watch me solve it. Fair warning though: I do tend to get a little obsessed.
My love for human behaviour began back in school. I followed that thread through college, university, and beyond. Three years into my career, I fell in love with business. That changed everything. I went back to school, earned a degree, and... well, let’s just say I’ve been collecting credentials ever since.
What’s special about what I build? I work at the sweet spot between people and business - where systems, strategy, and culture intersect. I’ve worked across sectors: from manufacturing, IT and Web3 to fast-scaling enterprises and the beautifully chaotic world of startups. And here’s what I’ve learned: business alignment is the invisible thread that holds every successful people program together.
When I partner with leadership, I dive straight into the business and understand the rhythms, the roadblocks, the reality. Then I build solutions with people at the core programs and processes that are scalable, sustainable, and deeply human.
I’m research-obsessed, learning-driven, and always hunting for best practices. I specialise in strategy and planning, but I know that strategy without execution is just theory. I’m a certified change agent. I understand people. I expect resistance. And that’s what helps me stay agile, to lead transformation with empathy, design for continuous improvement, and always build with heart.
And beyond work?
I’m drawn to the wilderness and quiet mountains. I believe the sea speaks if you slow down enough to hear it.
I collect stories, hoard books, romanticise good coffee and dark chocolate, and have a lifelong affair with music.
Also: a not-so-subtle obsession with well-brewed oolong. “Chai” doesn’t count.
And through it all, what i care the most about is this:
“How do we build workplaces where people feel empowered to be and deliver their absolute best?”
